Depending on the type and where it was made, cheese has a wide array of flavors and textures. These include acidic, creamy, sharp, tart, sweet, smoky, and nutty. Many of these flavors found in cheese have also managed to find their way into our favorite cannabis.

As the story goes, the original cheese cultivars came from a Skunk phenotype taken from California and perfected into its own in Europe. Named after its potent cheddar flavor and aroma, Cheese has since become a household name, with myrcene and caryophyllene being two of the main terpenes.
